Ai Wills offers website design, development, and hosting services powered by our CRM platform, Lead Closer Pro. This includes but is not limited to:

Custom web page creationHosting and domain connectionCRM-integrated forms and automationSupport and maintenance during the subscription period

3. Data Storage and Hosting

Websites are created and hosted within our secure Lead Closer Pro platform. All website data, client information, and form submissions are stored within this system. Data is encrypted and backed up regularly. Access to the website, CRM, and all associated data is subject to an active subscription.4. Subscription Terms

The website and all associated services are provided on a subscription basis. Details of pricing and plans can be found on our official website.Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in:

Suspension of website hostingTermination of access to CRM tools and integrationsDeletion of website content and associated data after 30 days of non-payment

It is the Client’s responsibility to maintain an up-to-date payment method to avoid service disruption.5. Ownership and Licensing

During the subscription period, the Client has full use of the website and related services. However, all underlying platform infrastructure remains the property of Estate Assist Ltd.Custom content and media provided by the Client remain the Client’s intellectual property. Any templates, automations, or proprietary features created by Ai Wills remain the property of Estate Assist Ltd.6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and timely information for content creationReview and approve website drafts in a timely mannerNot use the website for unlawful or prohibited activitiesComply with all applicable data protection laws when handling visitor information

7. Termination of Services

The Client may cancel the subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period. Upon termination, the website and all associated data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.Estate Assist Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the Client breaches these terms.8. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees that the website will be free of errors or interruptions. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure reliability, Estate Assist Ltd will not be liable for any loss of business, data, or revenue arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or user error.9. Modifications to Terms
