1. What’s Included

Your subscription includes a fully branded estate planning and marketing system:

Online Will Writing Platform – allowing your clients to create Wills online under your brand

LPA Platform – allowing your clients to start LPA's online under your brand

Executor Toolbox – a secure system for clients to store and organise estate information

Probate Quotes & Referral System – generate probate enquiries and referral opportunities

AI Wills Marketing CRM – manage contacts, automate follow-ups, and convert leads

Automation Tools – email, SMS, WhatsApp, AI conversations, pipelines and booking systems

More support – email, SMS, WhatsApp, AI conversations, pipelines support

Social media posting – Post to all social channels from our new platform

Form and funnel builder – Create your own forms and funnels within the sytem.

2. Setup & Timescales

Your system will typically be completed within up to 14 days from onboarding

Additional revisions or requests may extend this timeframe

Where excessive work or changes are requested, additional fees may apply (agreed in advance)

3. Fees

Monthly Subscription

£299 per month for access to the Ai Wills Platinum Plan. (12 month rolling contract)

Annual Subscription

£2999 per annum for access to the Ai Wills Platinum Plan. (12 month rolling contract)

Usage Fees (Pay As You Go)

Charges apply based on usage:

SMS messages

WhatsApp messages

Emails (where applicable)

Phone calls

AI usage

These are third-party costs and may vary over time.

Will Writing Revenue

A £5 fee per Will will be deducted

The remaining balance will be paid to you via your connected Stripe account

Payments are subject to Stripe’s standard: Processing fees Payment terms and payout schedules

LPA Revenue

A £5 fee per Will will be deducted

The remaining balance will be paid to you via your connected Stripe account

Payments are subject to Stripe’s standard: Processing fees Payment terms and payout schedules

Executor Toolbox Revenue

A 10% surcharge will be applied to fees generated through the Executor Toolbox

The remaining balance will be paid to you via Stripe, minus applicable fees

4. Minimum Term

This agreement has a minimum term of 12 months

Continues thereafter unless cancelled with reasonable notice

Fair Use Policy

The platform is designed for standard business use

If usage becomes unusually high (e.g. 1000 Wills/LPA's per month), additional per-document charges may apply

This will always be discussed and agreed in advance

6. Probate Referrals

Probate referrals and quotes are provided as an additional feature

Ai Wills does not guarantee volume, conversion, or revenue from referrals

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

The advice and services you provide to your clients

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

The accuracy of all information entered into the platform

All Wills and documents created using the system are your responsibility, not Ai Wills.

8. Data & Compliance

All client data collected belongs to you.

Data is stored in line with Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) regulations and UK GDPR

9. Intellectual Property

All systems, automation, websites, and platform builds remain the property of Ai Wills

You are granted a licence to use the system during your active subscription

You agree not to:

Copy, replicate, or reverse engineer the system

Use the platform structure to create or support a competing product

10. Service & Liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but are not liable for: Third-party outages or interruptions Loss of business, revenue, or data Any legal issues relating to Wills or documents created

11. Support & Changes

Basic support is included

Additional custom work or changes outside the agreed scope may be chargeable

12. Termination

Early cancellation within the minimum term may result in remaining fees becoming payable

Access to the system may be suspended if payments are not maintained

13. General

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales

Both parties agree to work together in good faith
